TEMP: The temps assigned to you are our employees and are under contract to ASAP Temporaries and may not be hired without our authorization and written consent. Our temporary placement employees are paid for productive hours (lunch is deducted). ASAP Temporaries pays the temps and is responsible for all payroll cost and reporting. Our clients are billed a per hour rate, which is quoted at the time the order is placed. The temps present a weekly timesheet to be signed by their supervisor on the job and a copy is left with the supervisor. Our clients are billed for the hours they have indicated on the timesheets they have signed for the temps. Our temps are paid weekly and our invoices are generated weekly. Invoices are due upon receipt.

 

TEMP TO PERM: Our clients have the option to hire any temp we have placed within their organization, once we have been notified and our temp completes 400 hours on our payroll, working for the client considering the permanent hire. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of the hours worked and to notify ASAP Temporaries when they are ready to bring a temp on board permanently.


ALTERNATE PAYROLLING PLAN:
If you have already found the individual you require for a specific job, but do not want to carry that individual on your payroll, you'll want to consider our Alternate Payrolling Plan. With this unique plan, you can put that person to work for you and ASAP Temporaries will assume all payroll responsibility.
